Khurma Recipe 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Mixture of Sugar and Jaggery 1 cup Clarified Butter (Ghee) Prepare wheat flour dough, with the help of rolling board and rolling pin prepare the flatbread and cut them with the help of knife in desired shapes. Heat clarified butter and deep fry them. At the same time put one cup of water and one cup mixture of sugar and jaggery (Jaggery is optional) and prepare a syrup but the consistency should be thick. Add fried khurma in the syrup directly after putting it out from the frying pan. Mix them well and you will notice that sugar crystal will be quoted in the pieces of khurma.
