Sometimes non fried recipes are preferable even during festive session, although I’ve already shun the usage of refined oil, and instead of that I use only clarified butter or mustard oil. So under my experimental cooking, I though to prepare non fried pua, Perplexed! I was knowing this! Let’s learn step by step process to prepare non fried pua recipe. Non fried Pua Recipe 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida) 1 cup Milk 1 tsp larified butter 1 tbsp Dry fruits like resins, almonds, cashew nuts 3 tbsp Sugar 20 Pieces Gems Add all the ingredients in mixing bowl and mix it well, Keep it aside for 20 minutes by covering it with clean wrap. Take appam tray and grease with clarified butter. Put the batter with the help of spoon. Put gems pieces in between as shown in the image. Turn them so that both the sides can easily get cooked. Serve it. You can even prepare sugar syrup and put these pua inside it for better taste.
