Aloo Gobi (Potato-Cauliflower) Bhujiya Recipe

When you are in a hurry and willing to have something delicious for the breakfast then try this potato and cauliflower stir fry recipe. It can be served with rice and lentils or any flatbread.

Aloo Gobi (Potato-Cauliflower) Bhujiya Recipe

  • 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
  • 3 tbsp Chopped potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Green Chili
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Chipped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped potatoes.
  2. Add cauliflower florets in the same pan.
  3. Add chopped onion and green chilies in the same pan and let them turn golden brown.
  4. Add turmeric powder and salt in the same pan.
  5. Keep searing them unless they turns brown.
  6. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve it.
