Banana Eggless Cake Recipe

I thought to bring some delight to leftover bananas, and hence came out with an idea of baking cake. Banana cake is the concoction of several ingredients,banana also acts as an egg replacer thus making cake more delightful by adding fluffiness. Here the main ingredient is banana which bestowed its name, lets learn how to prepare banana cake recipe.

Banana Cake Recipe

  • 4 Pieces Bananas
  • 1 cup Mixture of Sugar and Jaggery
  • 1/2 Cube Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp Coco powder
  • 1 tbsp Colorful Sugar crystals
  • 1 tbsp Butterscotch Crystals
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 2 tbsp Dry Milk Powder
  • 5 pieces Almonds
  1. In a grinding jar grind banana and milk together with 2 tbsp of sugar.
  2. Sieve 1 cup of all purpose flour, coco powder, baking soda, baking in a mixing bowl.
  3. In another bowl add butter and Sugar and whisk it for 5 minutes.
  4. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk it for 10 minutes.
  5. The consistency should be same as shown in the image.
  6. Place butter paper in a baking tin and add cake batter in it. Bake it for 35 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  7. For icing take whipping cream and sugar and whisk it unless it become fluffy and thick.
  8. Place baked cake which has already cooled down and sprinkle milk powder above it, cover it with icing and embellishment of your choice. Cake is ready to be served.
