Instructions
  1. Take a Cup of washed and chopped Karela (Bitter Squash).
  2. Take a cup of roughly chopped onion.
  3. Take one tbsp Salt and one tbsp turmeric.
  4. Add oil in Cooking pot and saute chopped Onion followed by salt and turmeric, when it turns golden brown add Chopped karela (Bitter Squash) as shown in the image.
  5. When its rawness sheds your dish is ready to be served with chapatis or rice and lentils.
