Butter Veggies Fried Rice Recipe

It is always preferred to add some vegetables in fried recipes to make them more delightful and healthy. I have used few very easily available veggies in my recipe so that it can not require any side dish, just simple pickles and chutney can go along with it. Let’s learn this recipe to make use of extra cooked rice.

Butter Veggies Fried Rice Recipe

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Roughly Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Green Chili
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green Beans
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Salt (As per the test)
  1. Heat Butter in a pan and add cumin seeds and sear it.
  2. Add chopped onion and green chili and stir fry unless it turns transparent.
  3. Add capsicum and beans and cipher their rawness.
  4. Add carrot and mushroom and keep stirring them.
  5. Add rice and sprinkle some salt and mix them well.
  6. Serve it with your favorite curry or salsa.
