Coconut And Coriander Leaves Chutney Without Garlic

Coconut chutney is very easy option for a dip, you can prepare this recipe and can easily make the food delicious. It can be served with idli, dosa rice etc. I’ve not used garlic in it so that it can be served easily during fasting. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Coconut Chutney Without Garlic

  • 1 Piece Chopped Coconut
  • 4 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Curry Leaves
  1. In a grinding jar add chopped coconut pieces.
  2. Add chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.
  3. Grind them together to form a smooth paste.
  4. Prepare the tempering adding oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves and drizzle it over chutney.
  5. Mix them all together and serve it as a taste enhancer.
