Date And Beetroot No Bake Cake Recipe

On the eve of Janmashtami I decided to prepare cake for Laddu Gopal which can be fruity but no any artificial color and flavor. Hence I decided to prepare date cake with almond, and for sumptuous color decided to add beetroot juice into it. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this revelry delight.

Date And Beetroot No Bake Cake Recipe

  • 3 tbsp Soaked date (Soaked in water for 2 hours)
  • 1 tbsp Almond
  • 3 tbsp Soaked Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup Chilled milk
  • 3 tsp Beetroot juice
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipped Cream
  • 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Grated White Chocolate
  • 1 tsp Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  1. Add soaked date and almonds in the grinding jar and take a whirl around.
  2. In a bowl or cake tin apply clarified butter or butter paper and put the mixture of date almond and ghee and put it inside the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Prepare whipped cream and add sugar into it.
  4. In grinding jar add soaked cashew nuts, beetroot juice and take a whirl around.
  5. Mix the paste of cashew nut and beetroot juice in the whipped cream.
  6. After half an hour take out the cake setting and put the cream above it and refrigerate it for half an hour.
  7. sprinkle grated white chocolate and pomegranate seeds just as embellishment and the cake is ready to be served to your Kanha ji.
