Falafel Tikka Recipe

I play with recipes…I fill twists…But virtue and taste never get compromised…Previously I posted about Falafel recipe, Now I am adding a twist in this recipe. It is the sobriquet to Tikka. Let’s learn how to cook Falafel Tikka.

Falafel Tikka

  • 1 cup Hung curd
  • 4 Pieces Falafel Chunks
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Amchoor Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Medium Size Onion
  • 1 Medium Size Bell Pepper (Capsicum)
  1. Take a cup of hung curd.
  2. Add all the spices.
  3. Mix all the spices with hung curd properly as shown in the image.
  4. Cut Onion and Bell Pepper (Capsicum) in Cubical form.
  5. Add Falafel Bolls, Bell Pepper (Capsicum) and Onion.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together.
  7. Decorate the skewers with Falafel, onion cubes and Bell pepper (Capsicum) as shown in the image.

  8. Either Grill it in Microwave, Griller or even on Tawa.
  9. Serve it with Chutneys, Mayonnaise or your favourite sauce.
