Mango Ice-cream Recipe

Ice-cream is the best way to appease ourselves during summer season, and if it comes with a punch of mango then it’s an add on like a canopy of delight. I’ve not added any other tranquility and chimes to enhance its flavor as mango itself completes the delicacy, I’ve served this ice-cream with custard and trust me it is just amazing. Let’s quickly prepare this recipe.

Mango Ice-cream Recipe

  • 1 cup Whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Milk Maid
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Sprinklers
  • 7 Piece Gems beads
  1. Take mango pulps and sugar in a grinding jar and grind them.
  2. Take a bowl and add chilled cream.
  3. With the help of whipping machine whip it.
  4. Add condensed mil and whip it again.
  5. Add vanilla essence and whip it again.
  6. Add grind mango and sugar paste and whit it.
  7. Add few sprinklers and mix it well and then transfer it into ice tray or any container.
  8. Decorate it as you like, wrap it with wrapping roll and refrigerate it for 8 to 12 hours.
  9. In a bowl put custard and put the ice-cream and serve it.
