Masala Paratha Recipe

Masala paratha or spicy flatbread is very famous in Gujarat (India), it is known as thepla, here I’ve given a twist to the recipe by adding some selected spices. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Masala Paratha Recipe

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Lentils masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Ajwain and mangril
  • 1 tsp Salt
  1. Take all the ingredients and add in the wheat flour.
  2. Prepare the dough as shown in the image.
  3. Prepare the shapes as shown in the image.
  4. Prepare flatbread using rolling board and rolling pin.
  5. Heat a griddle and put it above it.
  6. Cook it from both the sides.
  7. Serve it with your favorite chutney.
