Instructions
  1. In crumbled cottage cheese add salt and black pepper and prepare balls and fry them as shown in the image.
  2. Remove fried balls and discard excess oil from the pan, add 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and chopped onion and let them turn translucent.
  3. Add chopped garlic, chopped green chili in the same pan and fry them unless rawness vanishes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook.
  5. Add chopped carrots and stir fry them, add turmeric powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
  6. Add 1 cup water in the cooking pan and let them cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add paneer balls in the gravy and let them stir fry for some time.
  8. Add crumbled paneer and coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves and the recipe is ready to be served.
