Instructions
  1. Take all the ingredients as shown in the image.
  2. Take the sauces and vinegar as shown here.
  3. Take mushrooms and soak them in boiled water for ten minutes and then strain them.
  4. In a bowl add corn starch or corn flour, refined flour, black pepper, black salt and dried fenugreek leaves.
  5. Add water to form a paste and then submerge mushrooms into it.
  6. In an iron wok add coconut oil.
  7. Fry mushrooms into it.
  8. When they turns golden brown from both the sides then remove it from the wok and put it aside.
  9. Remove extra oil from the wok and add just 1 tbsp of coconut oil into it, followed by chopped garlic.
  10. Add chopped ginger and chopped green chilies into the wok.
  11. Add diced onion into the wok and let it turn translucent.
  12. Add julienne strips of carrot and diced capsicum into the wok.
  13. Add sauces and vinegar into the wok and mix them well.
  14. Add mushroom chunks and mix them well.
  15. Finally add noodles masala powder into the wok and mix them well, it is totally optional.
  16. Add the mixture of corn starch and water into the wok and mix them well.
  17. Add chopped coriander leaves into the wok and mix them well.
  18. Mushroom chilli is ready to be served.
