Mushroom Curry Recipe

Mushroom is widely eaten across the globe. It’s delicious and can be cooked in multiple ways. Here, I’m preparing a yummy mushroom curry recipe adding banana and dry fruits to it. Let’s learn how to cook this unique Mushroom Curry recipe.

Mushroom Curry

  • 1 cup Sprouts (Any of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Cashewnuts (Soaked in water for 1 hour)
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (Soaked in water for 1 hour)
  • 2 Pieces Green Chili
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Piece Roughly Sliced Onion
  • 1 Pieces Roughly Sliced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Red Chili
  • 1 Piece Half raw or ripened Banana
  1. Take a grinding jar and add sprouts, cashew nuts, almonds, tomatoes, banana, tomato, green chili, garlic, onion and grind it with 3 tbsp of water.
  2. Take a pan and grease it with vegetable oil and sear mushroom pieces.
  3. When mushroom turns golden brown then turn off the flame and put it aside.
  4. Take cooking pot and add mustard oil in it, when it turns hot add grind ingredients.
  5. Add all the spices and cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. Add sear mushrooms in the same pot and cook it by stirring it for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish it with cashew nuts, almonds and chopped coriander leaves.
