Paneer Bharta Masala Recipe

  • 1 cup Mashed Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Paste of Red chili and Onion
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Milk and Cashewnut
  • 1 cup Paste of turmeric powder, red chili, coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  1. Take a pan and heat one tbsp of vegetable oil in it and add the paste of red chili and onion in it.
  2. Add one tbsp of ginger garlic paste in it.
  3. Add tomato puree in the same cooking utensil.
  4. Cook it for two minutes then add the paste of spices and salt.
  5. After some time add the paste of cashew-nuts and milk.
  6. Add grated paneer in the same pan.
  7. Mix it well and add half cup of water in it, mix it well then add finely chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve it with chapatis or rice.
