Paneer Veggies Kofta With Spinach Gravy Recipe

Under my experimental recipes I again tried something healthy and delicious with sumptuous twist in it, paneer kofta with concoction of various vegetables and gravy of spinach which is making it more delightful and colorful along with aroma of spices making it lip smacking. Let’s quickly learn how to prepare this recipe.

Paneer Veggies Kofta With Spinach Gravy Recipe

  • 1 cup Crumbled cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Boiled and grind Spinach
  • 1 cup Chopped onion, green chili,garlic and tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum,green chili, tomatoes and carrot
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds (One can use corn flour also as alternative )
  • 1 tbsp Mixed Curry masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt (As per your taste)
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tbsp Maggie Masala Magic
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 3 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Dry Fruits (I've used resins and cashew nuts)
  1. Take chopped onion, green chili, tomatoes and garlic for gravy.
  2. In a container put chopped capsicum, carrot, tomato and green chili.
  3. Add gram flour in the same container.
  4. In a separate container put poppy seeds, one can even use corn flour.
  5. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kashmiri mirch powder, curry masala and mix them well do not add water, as the water content of vegetables will be enough to bind them together.
  6. The consistency should be same as shown in the image.
  7. Now prepare dumplings and fill dry fruits as shown in the image.
  8. Put the dumpling in the container of poppy seeds and roll it.
  9. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry dumplings.
  10. Remove them and then in the same pan add chopped onion, garlic, green chili and tomatoes and let them turn soft.
  11. Add mixed spices in the pan and switch off the flame.
  12. Grind them when they cools down adding a tbsp of water then again transfer the grind spices in the pan and add half a cup of water.
  13. Add boiled and grind spinach into the pan and cook them.
  14. The gravy is ready then turn off the flame.
  15. Add dumplings of kofta and serve it with chapatis.
