Potato and drumstick curry is very easy to prepare and can be served with rice or any flatbread. It is basically prepared in the mustard paste gravy and if tender drumsticks are available then it is more preferable. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Potato And Drumstick (Aloo-Sahjan Ki Sabji) Curry Recipe
Take water in a container, add apple cider vinegar and add pieces of drumstick and potatoes.
In a grinding jar add tomatoes, yellow mustard seeds, garlic and green chili.
Grind them and add 2 tbsp of water and take a whirl around to form a smooth paste.
Heat oil in the pan and add pieces of drum stick and potatoes.
When it turns golden brown then remove it from the pan.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, let it splutter.
Add grind ingredients in the pan.
Keep stirring unless spices getting separated from the oil.
Add fried potatoes and drum sticks in the pan.
Add all the spices in the pan.
Add water in the pan and cook it covering it.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves and garam masala powder, switch off the flame.
Recipe is ready to be served.
