  1. Take all the chopped ingredients.
  2. Take diced potato, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves.
  3. Take all the spices as mentioned.
  4. Heat an Iron wok.
  5. Heat Mustard oil and add cumin seeds and slit green chili.
  6. Add chopped onion in the wok fry them unless they turns golden brown.
  7. Add chopped capsicum in the wok and stir fry them.
  8. Add diced potatoes in the wok and cook them together.
  9. When potatoes turns soft then add tomatoes and salt.
  10. Add turmeric powder in the wok and mix them well.
  11. Add kashmiri red chili powder, water and cook it by putting the lid on for ten minutes.
  12. Keep stirring in between.
  13. Switch off the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves in the wok.
  14. Serve it hot with any main course recipe.
