Radish And Potato Curry Recipe

Radish and potato curry is very easy option for those who loves hasty cooking, the virtue of radish is refreshing and gives amazing flavor when cooked in pressure cooker juices and aroma gets imbibed in the ingredients very easily. Let’s learn how to prepare this recipe. 

Radish And Potato Curry Recipe

  • 1 cup Sliced radish
  • 2 tbsp Diced potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt (According to your taste)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chicken masala powder/Sabji masala powder
  • 1 Piece Dried Red Chili
  • 1 tbsp Sliced onion
  1. Heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds along with dried red chili.
  2. Add chopped onion into it and let it turn translucent.
  3. Add radish and mix it well.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder, chicken masala powder, coriander leaves and diced potatoes in it.
  5. Add half a cup of water into it and cook it with 2 whistle.
  6. After it gets cooked and pressures disappears then remove excess of water and its consistency becomes thick.
  7. Serve it with rice or chapatis.
