Raw Banana Chokha (Bharta) Recipe

Raw Banana Chokha (Bharta) Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Boiled Bananas
  • 1/2 Piece Sliced Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chili
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  1. Take all the ingredients as shown in the image.
  2. Take boiled bananas as shown in the image.
  3. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients in it along with raw boiled bananas.
  4. Mash it properly with hand and knead it properly and garnish it with coriander leaves, bharta is ready to be served.
