Semi Layered Triangular Paratha Recipe

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
  • 2 tbsp Extra dried flour
  1. Prepare dough with wheat flour as shown in the image.
  2. With the help of rolling pin and rolling board prepare the flat bread.
  3. Flap the flat bread to form a semi circle as shown in the image.
  4. Flap it again to prepare a triangular shape as shown in the image.
  5. Heat griddle and roll the triangular shaped paratha.
  6. Turn it over and when paratha starts to bulge then apply ghee.
  7. Serve it with any curry or pickles.
