  1. Take soaked black split lentils and grind them.
  2. Add all the ingredients except grated beetroot, grated carrot, onion and green peas.
  3. Mix them well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix grated beetroot, grated carrot, chopped onion and green peas in the batter.
  5. Mix them well and the batter is ready.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters.
