Instructions
  1. In a big bowl add wheat flour, celery seeds & kalonji.
  2. Add clarified butter in the same bowl.
  3. Add dried Fenugreek leaves and salt.
  4. Mix them well for some time, so that everything gets combined together.
  5. When consistency becomes binding, then it is properly combined.
  6. Add water and knead a dough.
  7. Cover it with damped clothe.
  8. Take a small portion of dough and prepare a flat bread.
  9. Cut them using a knife.
  10. Similarly we will use heart shaped cookie cutter.
  11. See how it looks
  12. Use flower cookie cutter.
  13. Deep fry them.
  14. Recipe is ready to be served, preserve it in an airtight container and eat whenever u want.
