Vegetable Masala Maggi| Maggi with a twist| Snacks
Vegetable Masala Maggi is a quick & easy Indian snack made by tossing Maggi noodles along with mixed vegetables and spices, in this version I have not added any extra spices, just Maggi tastemaker & masalaye magic powder is enough to make it delightful. This variation of Maggi noodles is healthy and a tasty twist to the simple & plain version due to the nutritive value of fresh vegetables added to this dish. The veggies are sautéed in a pan along with the Maggi noodles which imparts a unique taste to the noodles as well.

Vegetable Masala Maggi | Snacks
- 1 Pack Maggi noodles of your choice (You can even use wheat maggi )
- ½ tsp Mustard oil (Use oil of your choice )
- 1 tbsp Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Chopped tomato
- ½ tsp Chopped green chilli
- 2 tbsp Chopped carrots
- 2 tbsp Green peas
- 1 pack Taste maker (Maggi taste maker )
- 1 pack Masala maggi
- ½ tsp Slat (If required )
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
In a wok add ½ tsp of mustard oil and heat it.
Add chopped onion and fry this unless it turns soft.
Add chopped tomato and chopped carrot.
Add chopped green chilli and mix it well.
Add chopped carrot & fry unless its rawness gets removed.
Add tastemaker and mix it well.
Add ¼ cup of water and masalaye magic.
Mix it well and switch off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve it.
