Strawberry Jam, Syrup, Dip| No Preservative| No Thickening Agent

Today, I am preparing strawberry jam which can also be referred to as syrup, dip or chutney. Before commencing my preparation, I went to the store to check the ingredients required for making the jam. Unfortunately, I was dismayed by the long list of unhealthy components, particularly the high sugar content. It was disheartening to realize that people consume fruit jam that only contains coloring and sugar. Hence, I decided to create my version, and it turned out even tastier than the ones found in stores. I urge you to check the sugar content of every item you purchase from the store. I was astonished by the outcome; my version consisted of only three ingredients, with no preservatives, and lacked any thickening agent. If you wish, you can add agar agar to thicken it slightly.
