Dalia or Daliya is a quick and effortless dish high on protein, fibre and it is a vegan recipe, it can be included into the diet and weightloss journey.
Daliya, Popularly known as broken wheat / Bulgur Wheat, is a healthy alternative to whole wheat as it contains the outer bran, which makes it an excellent source of dietary fiber. The high fiber content in dalia gives us a feeling of fullness. It provides us with the energy required for the rest of the day.
