Coconut milk is the very healthy alternative of dairy milk, it is best for growing kids and hard-working individuals, if you are sedentary worker then use this milk as a dressing in your salad etc. Today I am sharing a quick, 3-ingredient recipe for homemade coconut milk! It is creamy, naturally sweet, and the perfect dairy-free alternative to milk!

  • 1 Cup Diced coconut
  • 1½ Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery
  • 3 Pods Cardamom
  • 6 Piece Strands of Saffron
  1. Take diced coconut



  2. Transfer it into a grinder jar grind it.



  3. Add 1/2 cup of water and rest 1/2 cup of water will be added later on, take a whirl around.



  4. Add water and sieve it using a thin cotton cloth.



  5. Add jaggery and cardamom in a grinder jar and take a whirl around.



  6. Transfer the grind ingredients into the coconut milk.



  7. Serve it.
