Pedakiya/Gujiya Recipe (With Three Different Fillings)

For welcoming Haritalika Teej festival I prepared pedakiya giving it a twist and tried different fillings to make it more delicious. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare pedakiya recipe. Pedakiya/Gujiya Recipe (With Three Different Fillings) Dough preparation 1 Kg All Purpose Flour (Maida) 3 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee) 1/2 Cup Water For Khoya Filling 1/2 Kg Khoya (Dried Whole Milk) 1 cup Sugar 2 tbsp Resins 2 tbsp Cashew nuts 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut 2 Piece Crushed Cardamom For Coconut Filling 1 cup Chopped Coconut 1/2 cup Sugar 2 tbsp Resins 2 tbsp Cashew nuts 2 Piece Crushed Cardamom For Khoya and Semolina Filling 1 cup Semolina 4 tbsp Khoya (Dried Whole Milk) 2 tbsp Resins 2 tbsp Cashew nuts 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut 2 Piece Crushed Cardamom 1 Liter Vegetable Oil/Ghee (Clarified Butter) Take all purpose flour and add clarified butter mix it well with hand. Flour should be mixed well so that proper consistency of dough can be prepared. Knead dough as shown in the image. Cover it with wet cloth and put it aside.
