- 1 Cup Penne Pasta
- 3 Piece Tomato
- 7 Piece Dry red chilli (Use kashmiri red chilli for colour )
- 1 tbsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
- ½ tsp Mustard oil (Use butter or clarified butter or olive oil )
- ½ tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Chopped capsicum
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ Cup Grated cheese
- ½ tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Tomato sauce
Boil tomatoes and red chillies together, let them cooldown and grind them to form a paste.
Boil pasta & strain them & add black pepper & salt.
In a wok add butter or oil and heat them then add garlic fry them, then add onions and let them turn translucent.
Add grind ingredients, italian seasonings, salt & 1 tbsp of water, then cook for a while.
Add pasta cook them for a while then grate some cheese & mix them well.
Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve it.
