Vegetable Fritters|Vegetable Pakoda Recipe

Pakoda means the fried vegtables which are searved with several dips, it is basically served as tea time snackes or with main course in Indian cusines. It can be prepared with several cocncoctions, it consists of gram flour batter which get coated on the veggies available during the season. Lets learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

 

Vegetable Fritters | Vegetable Pakoda Recipe

  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • Few Slices of Raw banana, Potato, Onion, Bottle gourd etc
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt (As per the taste )
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder (Kashmiri Red chilli powder)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable masala powder
  1. Take a container and add chopped coriander leaves, add rice flour and semolina into it.



  2. Add gram flour into it.



  3. Take sliced vegetables of your choice.



  4. Add all the spices into it.



  5. Add water into it and make a batter out of it.



  6. Add sliced vegetables and coat the batter on the outer layer with the help of hand or spoon, transfer it into a container having oil and fry them.



  7. Deep fry them unless they turn crispy, remove it from the oil and sprinkle some sprinklers.



  8. Serve it hot.
