Potato Masala For Masala Dosa | Potato filling for Dosa
Before shifting to the southern part of India, I was unaware of the authentic way of dosa masala preparation, prior to this, I used to cook it similar to those of samosa masala. But after coming here I realised that they are keeping it very simple and yet delicious, there are no many ingredients if you have preboiled potatoes, then just 10 minutes are sufficient for the potato filling preparation.
While our visit to Ramappa haritha resort we visited several dhaba’s of south and we realised that this potato filling is very commonly served with rice, puri or with bread or flatbreads.
Today’s recipe is an authentic south Indian version, you will feel the actual flavour of dosa or with whichever side dish you will serve it. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
