Avocado Dip | Guacamole | Creamy Avocado Dip

This fruit is praised for its high nutrient value and is added to various dishes due to its good flavour and rich texture. It is the main ingredient in guacamole. There are many types of avocado that vary in shape and colour some of them are pear-shaped to round and green to black. Avocados are very nutritious and contain a wide variety of nutrients, including 20 different vitamins and minerals.

Today I am going to make a simple blend of avocado which may be used as a seasoning for salad, it can be used as bread spread & served with raw veggies or nachos. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this cold-pressed blend.

 

Avocado Dip | Guacamole | Creamy Avocado Dip

  • 2 Pieces Avocado
  • ½ tsp Salt (optional )
  • ½ tsp Chopped chilli (optional )
  • ½ tsp Chopped garlic (optional )
  • ½ tbsp Chopped onion (optional )
  • ½ tsp Chopped tomato (optional )
  • ⅙ tsp Lemon juice (optional )
  • ¼ tbsp Cream (Optional )
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or mustard oil (Optional )
  1. Take the avocado and cut them



  2. Transfer them into the chopper and add all the other ingredients.



  3. Refrigerate it by placing it in an airtight container.
