Bajre Ki Roti | Pearl millet Flatbread
Bajra rotis or Pearl millet rotis are a storehouse of nutrition. It is one of the most common millets available. Rich in fibre, proteins and essential minerals, pearl millet flour is a healthy gluten-free alternative to wheat. I have combined pearl millets and wheat flour just to combine them for the perfect shape of the flatbreads, Bajra flour has less adhesive strength which makes it difficult to make roti but with practice, it becomes easier. Those who are allergic to gluten can skip wheat flour, just adding hot water to the pearl millet can be sufficient for perfect dough preparation. Bajra ki roti is Rajasthani in origin but it is very popular in the northern region of India especially during the winter season. Let’s learn how to make this roti at home.
Bajre Ki Roti | Pearl millet Flatbread
