Beetroot, Apple and Carrot Cutlet Chat

Previously I shared  a miracle juice of beetroot, apple and carrot and explained how it can be beneficial if we include this in our regular diet. So finally thought how to reuse the pulps and prepare something delicious. So here it is! the cutlet chat which is obviously very delicious. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Beetroot, Apple and Carrot Cutlet Chat

  • 1 cup Pulps of Carrot Beetroot and apple
  • 1 Piece Boiled potato
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Medium chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green chili
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cooked Chola
  • 1 tsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Chat masala and Roasted Cumin Powder
  1. Mix pulp with boiled potato and prepare a dough.
  2. Add all the spices like curry powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix them well.
  3. Prepare the cutlet as shown in the image.
  4. Submerge them in rice flour or corn flour.
  5. Heat a pan and brush oil on it and sear the cutlet.
  6. When it will turn golden brown then remove it from the flame.
  7. In a bowl take cutlet and add a spoon full of chola and curd along with chat masala and roasted cumin powder. The recipe is ready to be served.
