Sprouts Curry Recipe
Sprouts are very nutritious and healthy it helps in body extra fat loss. But few of us can not digest raw sprouts, so they can opt for sprouts curry recipe as apart from vitamins like A, C ,B6 and K it also contains fibers, manganese, copper etc. Let’s learn how to prepare this curry recipe.
Sprouts Curry Recipe
- 1 cup Sprouts (I've used moong and moot sprouts)
- 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Sabji masala powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Salt (As per your taste)
- In a pan heat oil and crackle the mustard seeds, then add chopped onion, tomatoes and green chilies.
- Add spices like turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, sabji masala powder and let it cook so that all the flavors starts emitting.
- Add sprouts in the pan and mix them well.
- Add 1 cup of water and let it cook by covering the lid.
- When water disappears switch off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.
- You can either enjoy this along with fried chewda or any other side dishes.
