कच्चा केला का भुजिया | Kacha kela ka bhujiya | Raw Banana Stir Fry

I am going to share a very simple and quick recipe with raw banana, that is banana bhujiya or banana stir fry, there are several recipes being prepared using raw bananas, as we know raw bananas are the fibre-rich miracle food which can be great for diabetics. They help in maintaining blood sugar and also help in keeping the heart-healthy. In the nutshell, raw banana is rich in vitamins, great for diabetics, rich in fibre, prevent stomach problems,  help in weight loss, good for heart health, gives a boost to beneficial starch. 

So we can try many recipes using raw banans, like raw banana fritters, raw banana curry, raw banana chips, raw banana choka etc, today I am going a share a quick and yet tasty recipe with raw banana which can be served along with rice or lentils, even a simple chapati is best along with it. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this stirfry.

कच्चा केला का भुजिया | Kacha kela ka bhujiya | Raw Banana Stir Fry

  • 2 Piece Banana
  • 1 Piece Dried raw red chilli
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ¼ Cup Chopped onion (Optional )
  • ⅙ tsp Black pepper powder (Optional )
  • ½ tbsp Mustard oil
  • ⅐ tsp Chaat masala powder (Optional )
  1. Take raw bananas, peel off the skin, slice them as shown.



  2. Plate the sliced bananas into a bowl of water so that they can not turn black in colour.



  3. Heat oil and add dried red chilli let it splutter.



  4. Fry the bananas, add salt and turmeric powder, fry unless turns crispy and golden.



  5. Serve it hot.
