Sprouts Fruit Salad | Diet Recipe | Salad for weight loss

There are many health benefits of including sprouts in our diet, but here I have added more colours to this sprout salad by adding some fruits into it, its concoction is making this recipe more delightful and nutritious, as we know eating these raw fruits and vegetables always adding to our health benefit, so including this salad in our diet we can grab many health benefits such as boosting the immunity, boost metabolism, aid in weight loss, its intake increases enzymatic activity throughout the body, increase usable energy reserves, prevent anemia, lower cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, prevent neural tube defects in infants, boost skin health, improve vision, and support the immune system.

Sprouts Fruit Salad | Diet Recipe | Salad for weight loss

  • 1 Cup Mixed sprouts of your choice, I've taken brown chickpea, moong beans and moth
  • 1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 Cup Grapes
  • 1 pinch Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Black salt (As per the taste )
  • 1 tsp Sprinklers
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  1. Wash and strain some sprouts of your choice then transfer them into a container.



  2. Add grapes into it.



  3. Add chopped cucumber into it.



  4. Add chopped onion into it.



  5. Add chopped green chilies into it.



  6. Add chopped tomato and coriander leaves into it.



  7. Add lemon juice into it.



  8. Add some pomegranate seeds into it.



  9. Mix them well.



  10. Add salt and black pepper into it and mix them well, the recipe is ready to be served.
