Broccoli Pasta Recipe | Pasta Recipe | Veggies Pasta Recipe

  • 3 Cup Water (For blanching the Broccoli and boiling the pasta after that )
  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
  • ½ tsp Salt (For blanching the broccoli )
  • ½ Cup Penne Pasta
  • ¼ Cup Assorted Veggies (Carrot, colorful peppers or capsicum, green chilli and broccoli florets)
  • ¼ Cup Chopped onion
  • ½ tsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Pizza and pasta sauce (In case you don't have that sauce, either skip it or boil 2 tomatoes along with chilli and garlic pods and make a paste and use the sauce here.)
  • ½ tsp Avocado oil or any oil of your choice
  • ½ tbsp Pizza and pasta seasoning (Use oregano, Italian seasoning or simply parsley or coriander leaves.)
  • ¼ tsp Salt, black pepper powder and oil (For coating the boiled pasta)
  • 1 tbsp Cashew nuts and raisins (Use only 4 pieces of raisins just for the sweetness and creaminess. )
  1. In a pan add 3 cups of water and boil it with ½ tsp of salt and add oil if you want.



  2. Cover the lid and let it boil.



  3. Add broccoli florets and blanch it for some time. Remove the florets and keep it aside and do not throw the water.



  4. In the same water add penne pasta and boil it unless soft.



  5. When pasta is tender and can easily be cut using a knife then it is ready.



  6. Keep it aside and add black pepper, salt and oil and toss it.



  7. Grind half of the blanched broccoli.



  8. For creaminess add cashew nuts and raisins and take a whirl around.



  9. When it becomes smooth then keep it aside.



  10. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and sear it, then add ginger and garlic paste and cook together unless soft.



  11. Add all the veggies and cook them all together.



  12. Add 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 tsp of salt, cover the lid and cook for some time.



  13. Add grind ingredients and mix them well.



  14. Add boiled penne pasta and mix it well.



  15. Add seasoning and mix it well and the recipe is ready to be served.
