Palak Crust Pizza Recipe | No Maida, No yeast Pizza | Tawa Pizza
Pizza is a flatbread which is prepared with all-purpose flour and fermented with yeast. It is typically topped with mozzarella cheese, pizza tomato sauce and other vegetarian pizza toppings. pizza can be consumed as a snack, but not limited for lunch and dinner too. But the twist in this recipe is, I am not making it the way it is made! I am neither adding maida (refined four) nor any yeast to this pizza recipe, also I am not baking it in the oven, just a simple griddle or Tawa, to make it easy to be followed by everyone.
Pizza is one of the most sought-after dishes of Italian cuisine and is one of the easy dishes that you can prepare at home. The only setback is making the perfect pizza base. You can make the dough using baking powder or baking soda, or simply knead the dough using curd, but I have made it with the leftover dough of palak puri recipe. I simple kneaded the dough using water, some celery seeds, onion seeds, salt and oil. But the way I have prepared it is really simple and amazing, one can simply try this recipe and can enjoy the aroma of pizza which is healthy and delicious. Best for kids as it is filled with the nutritional value of spinach and veggies. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
