No oil, gluten-free Vrat k pakode| Healthy Snacks without oil

Today I am going to share a recipe for fasting, one can include this recipe in the diet, keto diet, weight loss diet, vegan diet and it can be included in the menu of Navratri. This is a crispy vegan and gluten-free snack recipe with few sliced potatoes, bottle gourd, rajgira flour & Kuttu ka atta i.e. buckwheat flour.

There is a twist to this pakoda recipe, this snack is nonfried and oil-free. I often try my recipes for the first time without trial and they come out perfectly well every time I try something new. I am not bragging about it, I know it’s hard to believe, but I was thinking everyone does the same as I do, but when I heard someone saying it came out good in the first trial! then I realized I have good culinary talent. 😍😍

I don’t add much embellishment in my recipes, just simple as myself, complicated recipes on my posts, and the channel will be found in a simple way. Its crunchiness and mouthwatering taste will take you on a delightful journey. I  wish this recipe may bring delights on your fasting days. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
