Mixed Veg Recipe

Mixed vegetables is the best option when there is heasty schedule, it carries all the nutrients of the ingredients being used along with aroma of spices. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Mixed Veg Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 tbsp Green Peas
  • 1 tsp Each Chopped garlic and chilies
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Sliced radish
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Chicken masala powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Piece Dried Red Chili
  • 1 Piece Bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Green beans
  • 1 tbsp Sliced pointed gourd
  1. Heat a pan and add cumin seeds, let it temper.
  2. When oil gets heated up then add mustard oil, bay leaf and dried red chili.
  3. Add chopped onion, garlic and chilies in the pan.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and radish in the same pan.
  5. Add green beans in the pan.
  6. Add sliced potatoes and radish into it.
  7. Add cauliflower florets, peas and sliced pointed gourd in the same pan and give it a good mix.
  8. Add All the spices and stir fry them for some time.
  9. Add a cup of water in the pan andslowly cook them.
  10. Cover the lid and cook them on medium flame
  11. Add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with any main course dishes.
