Banana Halwa (pudding) Recipe
If you have extra bananas and you don’t want to eat them due to their over ripening, then prepare this halwa trust me you gonna like it, also it will save bananas from being thrown away. Let’s quickly learn this recipe.
Banana Halwa Recipe
- 3 Pieces Ripened bananas
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Clarified bananas
- 1 tbsp Dry fruits like resins, almongs, cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Rose petals
- 1 tbsp Semolina (Sooji)
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Heat clarified butter and add dry fruits and let them turn golden brown.
- In the same clarified butter add semolina.
- In the grinding jar add bananas, cardamom powder and sugar.
- Grind them to get smooth paste.
- Add the grind banana paste in the pan and mix them together.
- Keep stirring them to get a consistency like halwa.
- Add dry fruits and rose petals.
- Serve it hot.
