Aam Panna Recipe
Aam panna is the recipe prepared using raw mangoes and it is known for its heat resistance properties. It quenches thirst and prevents excess loss of sodium chloride during perspiration. Aam panna contains Vitamin C, B1 and B2. It fights many diseases caused during summer. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Aam Panna Recipe
- 6 Pieces Raw Mangoes
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Piece Ice cubes
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Dry roasted Cumin and carom seeds Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder
- 2 Pieces Green Chili
- 2 pieces Leaves of mint and coriander for garnishing
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Take raw mangoes and soak them in water for 5 hours then boil them.
- In a container squeeze out the pulps of mangoes.
- Wash the leaves of coriander and mint and let them rest on strainer.
- Grind them by adding 2 tbsp of water into the grinding jar.
- Add the grind ingredients in the same container of mango pulps.
- With the help of hand blender blend them.
- Add kashmiri lal mirch powder, black salt, salt and roasted cumin and carom seed powder in the container.
- Blend them once again.
- Preserve it in a glass jar for further use, it can be used as chutney, as a sprinklers etc.
- For the serving of aam panna we have to take a glass.
- Add a tbsp of sugar in the glass.
- Add a tsp of aam panna mix.
- Add water and mix them well.
- Garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.
- Add ice in the glass and serve it.
