Aloo Gobi Bhujiya Recipe
Aloo gobi bhujiya is very easy to cook recipe, which can be served with rice or chapatis. We require very simple ingredients to prepare this recipe, when I feel little loath but wanted to have some delight in my recipe then I prefer cooking this recipe. Aloo Gobi Bhujiya Recipe
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower Florets
- 1/3 cup Chopped potatoes
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Musterd Oil (You can use any vegetable oil)
- 1 tbsp Choped Green Chili
- 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (Just to garnish the recipe)
- Take cauliflower florets and wash it with plain water, add salt in a bowl of water and submerge it for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and roast cauliflower so that it can turn golden brown.
- When it turns golden brown then add potatoes, and cook it unless its rawness diminishes.
- Add green chili and onion in the pan and mix it well.
- When all the ingredients seems cooked properly then turn off the flame. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
