In this guacamole recipe, I will share tips and tricks to create a flavorful and luscious dip. The combination of lemon juice, pickled cucumber, and black olives will provide a tangy taste, and other ingredients will help to enhance the flavour. Although onion and garlic can be added, I will not be incorporating them this time. Additionally, if you want to keep your avocado fresh, select one with the stem still attached and preserve it in water after cutting to maintain its color. You can also preserve leftover guacamole by adding water to the top and discarding it before use to enjoy a fresh and green dip. I hope you find this recipe enjoyable.

  • 2 Pieces Avocado
  • 2 Pieces Pickled Cucumber
  • 4 Piece Pickled Black olives
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Chopped green chilli
  • ¼ Cup Chopped colorful peppers
  • ½ tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion (Optional )
  • ½ tsp Minced garlic (Optional )
  1. Take all the ingredients and wash it thoroughly.



  2. Chop all the ingredients as shown.



  3. Take avocado as shown and dice as shown.



  4. Take a bowl and scoop the avocado into it.



  5. Take pickled cucumbers and black olives and chop them finely.



  6. Add all the chopped ingredients to the bowl.



  7. Add the seasonings like salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix well.



  8. Serve it with nachos, pita bread and salads.
