Cauliflower (Gobi) Paratha Recipe

Cauliflower paratha is very delicious flatbread recipe it can be served with any chutney or side dishes, although it doesn’t require any side dishes, but one can opt accordingly. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Cauliflower (Gobi) Paratha Recipe

  • 2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Grated cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp Each chopped ginger and garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Sabji masala powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  1. Take a cup of grated cauliflower and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan add cumin seeds and let them splutter, add muster oil after a minute.
  3. Add all the chopped ingredients like, ginger, garlic, green chili, onion and tomatoes.
  4. When they turns soft add all the spices.
  5. Add cauliflower and saute them all together.
  6. When they turn soft then add coriander leaves.
  7. Mix them together and the filling is ready.
  8. Prepare the dough of wheat flower and take out the dumplings as shown in the image.
  9. Fill the ingredients as shown in the image.
  10. With the help of rolling pin and rolling board prepare the flatbread and put them on a heated griddle as shown in the image.
  11. Apply clarified butter and prepare the flat bread and the recipe is ready to be served.
