Cheese Pasta
Cheese pasta or cheesy pasta recipe is a very quick, simple and delightful recipe. Pasta and cheese seem to go together like Rice and Curry. They are a classic combination. Making the perfect cheesy pasta is easy but the choice of ingredients should be according to the criteria being selected. I always prefer homemade sauces, which adds delight to our recipes. Let’s learn step by step process to cook this at home.
Cheese Pasta | How to cook Cheese pasta
- 1 Cup Penny pasta
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 3 Pieces Dried Red Chillies
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Pasta spice mix
- 1 tsp Cheese spread
- 1 Piece Cheese slice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard oil
Take all the ingredients.
Take a saucepan and add 2 cups of water and heat it.
Add penne pasta into it.
Check whether it is cooked or not.
In a wok add 3 cups of water, add red chillies and tomatoes, boi them together.
When cover starts getting removed then put it out and let it cool down.
In a grinding jar add tomatoes and red chillies, make a pure.
In a wok add 1 tbsp of mustard oil and heat it.
Add chopped onion and garlic.
Saute them but do not make them brown.
Add grind ingredients and cook them together.
Add 1 tsp of each salt and turmeric powder.
Add seasonings and pasta and cook them together.
Add cheese slices, then cover and cook.
Add cheese 1 tsp of cheese spread and cook them together.
Serve it hot.
