Cheese Pasta

Cheese pasta or cheesy pasta recipe is a very quick, simple and delightful recipe. Pasta and cheese seem to go together like Rice and Curry. They are a classic combination. Making the perfect cheesy pasta is easy but the choice of ingredients should be according to the criteria being selected. I always prefer homemade sauces, which adds delight to our recipes. Let’s learn step by step process to cook this at home.

Cheese Pasta | How to cook Cheese pasta

  • 1 Cup Penny pasta
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 3 Pieces Dried Red Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Pasta spice mix
  • 1 tsp Cheese spread
  • 1 Piece Cheese slice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  1. Take all the ingredients.



  2. Take a saucepan and add 2 cups of water and heat it.



  3. Add penne pasta into it.



  4. Check whether it is cooked or not.



  5. In a wok add 3 cups of water, add red chillies and tomatoes, boi them together.



  6. When cover starts getting removed then put it out and let it cool down.



  7. In a grinding jar add tomatoes and red chillies, make a pure.



  8. In a wok add 1 tbsp of mustard oil and heat it.



  9. Add chopped onion and garlic.



  10. Saute them but do not make them brown.



  11. Add grind ingredients and cook them together.



  12. Add 1 tsp of each salt and turmeric powder.



  13. Add seasonings and pasta and cook them together.



  14. Add cheese slices, then cover and cook.



  15. Add cheese 1 tsp of cheese spread and cook them together.



  16. Serve it hot.
