Chena Poda Recipe | ओडिशा की प्रसीध रेसिपी छेना पोडा

As we all know in India we have different flavours and tastes wherever we go. We can not ignore the love being bestowed in every dishes, we can not even think of any dish which can not have any traditional touch and story. Today I am going to try a very famous recipe of Odisha, its name is Chena Poda meaning roasted cheese, it looks similar to sponge cake but the dark colour of cake with a hint of cardamom and semolina makes this recipe like sweets. I still remember the day I first tried this recipe, I was trying to guess the ingredients and I bet all my guessing were correct.

I am glad to learn this recipe that too perfectly, but one thing I wanted to suggest here is to use pressure-cooker or a wok to get that burning effect on the bottom of the chena Poda recipe. But as I used microwave so I was able to get that burning effect only on the top and sides of the recipe.

Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe. And I request you all to subscribe to our channel for getting food, knowledge and travels video.
