Chickpea Chaat Recipe
Chickpea chaat is a very easy and quick recipe, it is delicious, tasty, tangy and easy chaat snack made from chickpeas one can add or remove any spice and veggies into it, one can add any concoction of spice powders, onions, tomatoes, lemon etc. It can be tossed with any veggies, spices and sauces. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Chickpea Chaat Recipe
- 1 Cup Chickpea
- 2 tbsp Chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Chopped green chilli
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 4 Pieces Green olives
- 4 Pieces Black olives
- 1 tbsp Jalapeño
- 1 tsp Coriander chutney
- 1 tsp Peri-Peri sauce
- 1 tsp Chipotle southwestern dressing
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Tamarind sauce
- 1 tbsp Sev namkeen
Take overnight soaked and boiled chickpeas.
Take a bowl and place the boiled chickpeas into it.
Add chopped onion and tomatoes into it.
Add olives and Jalapeño into the same bowl.
Add chopped coriander leaves into it.
Add all the sauces into it.
Mix them well.
Serve it with your favourite toppings.
